Thinking about graduate study in International Affairs? If you have a B or higher undergraduate GPA you can begin graduate courses as early as Spring 2010. The application deadline is 1 December 2009. Email mtelbisf@vt.edu if you have application process questions.

Welcome to the Government and International Affairs (GIA) program at Virginia Tech located at 1021 Prince Street in the heart of Old Town, Alexandria. The GIA program offers two post-graduate degrees designed for working professionals based in the greater Washington D.C metro region focusing on globalization, governance and global security:

A Masters in Public and International Affairs (MPIA) and a Ph.D in Planning, Globalization and Governance (PG&G).
